I have been a therapist since 1976 and my practice covers a wide range of counseling needs. My work as a therapist was preceded by 20 years of teaching elementary, high school, college and graduate school.
I believe that every human being is unique and deserves respect, honor and attention. My goal as a therapist is to uncover and emphasize each client's special strengths and values and to honor each person for who they are.
I am excited to help clients examine their values, change behaviors and create enhanced growth and a better life. Being a part of that journey is truly a privilege and is the reason I have spent most of my life in this endeavor.
